Spent a wonderful easter at this hotel! Loved the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable. The location was great as the hotel was just a short walk away from the beach and city center. The facilities offered were amazing - the elevator made it easy for us to move around, the clean rooms with balcony and fridge made us feel at home, and the good WiFi kept us connected with our loved ones.

The bathroom was small and had no shower cabin as per local Bulgarian style. The size of the cupboard was not proportionate with the room.

Elevator and friendly staff. the hotel had an elevator that was very helpful, especially when carrying luggage or traveling with small children. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the location was convenient as it was within walking distance to popular attractions and the beach.

Poor room maintenance and service. Unfortunately, our room wasn't properly maintained as the cleaning lady didn't clean properly and forgot to enter the room.

We are staying in a hotel that is located in a very convenient location, making it easy for us to go around and visit the best attractions as it is very near to the old and city centers. the beautiful beach is just a few steps away, which lets us have an auspicious time by the sea. the rooms are well-equipped and provide a comfortable experience.

The menu provided at the hotel's restaurant was not very broad, providing limited options for breakfast.
